A Study of the 10...

Most of us have learned about the Ten Commandments since childhood. More than likely, we were asked to memorize the commandments and could probably recite them today if asked. But do we really understand their depth?

The message series, “A Study of the 10...,” will take an in-depth look at the Ten Commandments. We will discover why God chose that moment in the salvation story to give his commandments and discover how the original audience would have heard the decrees from their God. We will also begin to see how they apply to our current times and show us God’s love, inspire us to learn more about his grace and encourage us to live for him in our everyday lives.

Financial Peace University

New Class starting on Tuesdays September 7 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Financial Peace University (FPU) is a 13-week life-changing program that empowers and teaches how to make the right money decisions to achieve your financial goals and God’s plan for your life. The course includes practical lessons on eliminating debt, building wealth, increasing your ability to give and much, much more. Stephen Ministry Workshop

Saturday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Registration begins 8 a.m.) Stephen Ministry Workshops are half-day regional events where people receive a sample of Stephen Minister training, deepen their vision for care and outreach, and learn how they can bring the life-changing benefits of Stephen Ministry to their congregations. Dominican Republic

Project 52

Project 52, a faith based organization whose main focus is missions, will spend nine days in Los Alcarrizos Dominican Republic building a new house and moving a family into their new home from Feb. 15-23. They currently have openings for 20-25 individuals to join the team. Click here
