Over the weeks that this lucky thirteen had together, we became very close as we shared our hopes and our faith. I came to have a lot of respect for each member of the group. They each bring a deep commitment and genuine caring for the Lord and the growth of individuals in our ChristCare groups.

I thought Pastor [Burcham's] analogy of the "instruction sheet" last week was right for our world today. It has never been more complicated, more scary, nor more stressful literally minute-to-minute. If I were sitting in your shoes -- and even though you are extremely busy in every aspect of your life -- I would look to these groups as a positive and extremely beneficial way to cope with all life's stresses and pressures.

We opened every ChristCare training session with the statement that Jesus was among us. I really believe that He was and will be in our groups going forward, guiding us and you to make your life more rich and full in Jesus Christ.
