Tiny Treasures Fundraiser
As cold weather comes, and the soup heats up—think of Tiny Treasures
Lutheran Preschool. Here is all you need to do: cut the small
little colored stamp and UPC symbol on the lower back of the
Campbell’s soup cans. (Please note: This differs from last year
when the front panel was required.) After you enjoy lots of warm
soup, put the cut-out stamps and UPC symbols in an envelope,
which can be picked up by the Campbell soup display, and return it
to the narthex during the winter months.
After the frost thaws, we will announce the exact date that we will
send the labels into Campbell’s to redeem items for Tiny Treasures.

Tiny Treasures New Additions
Check out the playground at the east end to see some new additions for Tiny Treasures and for our families at Gloria Dei. The little house was crafted by Brandon Woods for an Eagle Scout project. The second addition is benches that can be converted to picnic tables, which were purchased with grant money and memorial money for Terry Steinke’s dad, Robert Lassman. Benches can be moved but should be placed on level ground. Enjoy these new additions! |
A Simple Way to Help
If there was a way to help one of our Tiny Treasures preschoolers in a
powerful and easy way, would you be interested?
There is. Grab a little rectangular package off of the preschool bulletin
board located in the narthex and the Family Life Center. On the bulletin
board, you will find a preschooler’s name written on a magnet. Put that
magnet on your refrigerator or file cabinet and pray for the child
throughout the school year. You can make a big difference in an easy
and powerful way.

More Information About Tiny Treasures
A typical day begins with worship, Bible story, circle time with calendar, weather, and nursery rhyme activities, large motor play in the gym, snacks, stories and music.
