Worship Schedule
There are five different worship opportunities each weekend at Gloria Dei. Each service offers a slightly different worship style - allowing us to worship in the rich traditions of liturgical experiences as well as explore the contemporary side of worship.

5:30 p.m. Saturday Northwind Contemporary Service in the Family Life Center
This come as you are service offers high-energy worship and an educational time for the children.
Communion will be offered the second and fourth Saturday of every month.
Music type:
Praise music led by a worship leader and praise band, guitar driven.
Music Offerings:
Solos, praise band, children’s choirs.
Worship elements:
Free-flow service that incorporates confession, scripture lessons, and prayers.
Communion:
Continuous flow distribution.
Other Characteristics:
No robes, no acolyte.
Education:
Grace Place, an educational time for children, will be offered 20 minutes into the service at 5:50 p.m.

7:45 a.m. Sunday Traditional Service in the Sanctuary
Classical Lutheran worship that utilizes all three liturgies and hymns from the new Lutheran Service Book.
Communion will be offered the first and third Sunday of every month.
Music type:
Hymns from Lutheran Service Book accompanied by organ.
Music Offerings:
Vocal choirs, bell choirs, brass, orchestra.
Worship elements:
Written liturgy from the hymnal, responsive Psalms sung by cantor on occasion, communion liturgy from hymnal.
Communion:
Distributed at the communion rail.
Other Characteristics:
Pastors robed, acolyte.
Education:
Grace Place, an educational time for children, and adult Bible studies will be offered at 9:20 a.m.

Casual atmosphere where families are encouraged to worship with lively actions to songs, and praise music.
Communion will be offered the second and fourth Sunday of every month.
Head, Heart, and Hands (H3): This worship experience for families expands the educational avenues of worship through art, theatre and movement.
Communion:
Continuous flow distribution.
Other Characteristics:
Sermon simulcast from Sanctuary, no robes, no acolyte.
Education:
